Meet The Builder
Roderick is a Greenville native with over 8 years of experience in renovating homes and constructing homes. He started renovating homes with a hands-on approach and became captivated with the process from beginning to end. As he continued to renovate homes by first demolishing them down to the frame and then redesigning them creating a desirable and functional layout. He had a desire to learn more, advancing his knowledge of all aspects of building and renovating homes. Roderick wanted a challenge and to progress to new construction homes and was fortunate to begin building homes from the ground up.​In 2021, Roderick founded Rockpointe Builders LLC and begin building speculative homes in the Greenville area. He appreciates the opportunity to build quality homes with the same attention to detail and devotion he would build for his own family. He has built a team whose values center on safety, quality workmanship, and the expectation of getting it done right the first time. Providing a quality home for future homeowners is essential to Roderick. Outside of operating Rockpointe Builders, he enjoys traveling, watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and family.
